RULES AND REGULATIONS

Please read and review all our rules and regulations before playing with us at the SFSBC facility. Please ask the SFSBC staff if you have any questions. Thank you!

SFSBC General Court Rules

  • Players are limited to 2 games before vacating the court.

  • Play time must not exceed 25 minutes.

  • On-court warm up time is restricted to 15 minutes

  • No single games on court if all courts are full and people are waiting.

  • Players cannot sign up for a court and play on another court while waiting. 

  • Players must be playing on court if their names are signed up for that court. Otherwise SFSBC staff will remove these names from that court sign up list.

  • No food or drinks permitted on court except water

  • Only badminton shoe are permitted on the court. No black soles or street shoes allowed.

  • SFSBC is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

  • All members and guests must sign the waiver of liability prior to playing.

SFSBC CLUB Rules

  1. Everyone Must check-in by either scanning or showing their membership card or paying the drop-in fee. NO EXCEPTIONS!​

  2. All members and guest must sign the waiver of liability prior to playing.

  3. Once the player has entered the court to play, the entry fee will NOT be refunded.

  4. There are no in/out privileges. (Once you leave our parking lot, you will have to pay the entry fee again.)

  5. No coaching or soliciting of other members or players.

  6. Please wear proper attire for playing badminton (non-marking shoes and athletic clothing). Slippers and thongs are not allowed on courts. ONLY BADMINTON SHOES ARE ALLOWED ON COURTS!

  7. Children under the age of 5 are not allowed to enter the court area. (This is for the safety of the children. We are NOT responsible to any accident that occurs in the club).

  8. No pets allowed inside the gym.

  9. Use of showers is permitted up to 30 minutes prior to closing time.

  10. Please take care of your personal belongings. We are NOT responsible for any lost of damaged belongings.

  11. No cheating on the court sign-up system. Anyone caught not in compliance with the court sign-up rules will be asked to leave the club. 

  12. Members not in compliance with membership rules will be terminated

  13. Destruction of SFSBC property will result in banishment from SFSBC location.

  14. No smoking within 25 feet of club entrance.

  15. Be courteous when parking your car and don not block other cars.

  16. Harassing SFSBC employees will not be tolerated and will result in being asked to leave and/or membership being revoked.

  17. Help keep out club clean by picking up and throwing away your own trash once you exit.

  18. Club closes promptly at closing time. Please finish games before this time. 

  19. Customers who rent rackets are responsible for the rental rackets. $30 will be charged on any damage of the rental rackets.

  20. No solicitation, selling badminton products, unauthorized coaching or training allowed in the club at any time.

  21. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
